SAP Universal ID provides a unified account across SAP experiences that links all your existing company associations — such as S-/P-user IDs — and allows you to switch between them as needed. SAP Partner Portal switched to SAP Universal ID as the only option to login on November 20, 2023. Please use a partner associated S-User ID linked in your SAP Universal ID account to log into SAP Partner Portal.

You must ensure you are selecting a partner associated S-User ID that is linked under your SAP Universal ID to access the SAP Partner Portal.

This S-user ID gives you access to the SAP Partner Portal including other support tools, product documentation, training courses, and many more service and information offerings.
If you wish to get a partner associated S-user ID, please contact your partner company’s Partner User Administrator (previously known as Partner Security Manager).
If you are unsure who your Partner User Administrator is, kindly check with one of your colleagues who has an existing S-user ID. They can locate this information in MMP under the “User Authorization” block.

To log into SAP Partner Portal, you need to have your S-User linked to an SAP Universal ID. If you have issues with SAP Universal ID, please contact Customer Interaction Center. Access.
Step 1:
If you are unable to login with your partner associated S-user ID, please contact your partner company’s Partner User Administrator (previously known as Partner Security Manager) to upload your S-user ID and then attempt to login again.
They will be able to do this via the Manage My Users App. (Access is restricted to Partner User Administrators only).
If you are unsure who your Partner User Administrator is, kindly check with one of your colleagues who has an existing S-user ID. They can locate this information in Manage My Partnership App under the “User Authorization” block.
